 - The Money-Back Guarantee is only valid on the NextGen II IPL handset purchased from www.tarynjoy.com - this offer is not available for Taryn Joy products purchased from other retailers.

 - Trial our handset for at least 80 days from the date of delivery, but for no more than 100 days.

 - You must complete at least 8 treatments, and take a short video of the treatment/application process for each of the sessions - we will require these videos to validate your claim.

If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email your 8 videos to us at info@tarynjoy.com with your order number, and we will review your application. Please do not return the device unless your application has been approved by us.

All 100 Day, 100% Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 100 days of receiving your handset.

All videos MUST have valid time and date stamp.

If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.

If approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to us* at PO Box 3136, Birkdale, QLD, 4159, Australia.

The greatest determining factor for a successful treatment is simply using it consistently, as advised, and for the recommended period of time.
